About me

I first began guitar at the age of eight years old. At the time, it was just one of many toys. However, I began to fall in love with the guitar around 12 when I began to discover great musicians who inspired me and showed me what was possible on the instrument.

Over time, I have studied and incorporated elements of Jazz, Classical and Flamenco music into my playing. I have always admired fingerstyle players, from Chet Atkins and Merle Travis in Country, to Julian Bream or Paco de Lucia.

I hold a Bachelor in Arts in Jazz Guitar from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel (Royal Conservatory of Belgium), completed in 2025 under the instruction of Nelson Veras. I also previously studied at Berklee College of Music in 2020 and IMEP Paris College of Music in 2021. Through the Siena Jazz Workshop, I had the opportunity to study with great guitarists such as Lage Lund, Mike Moreno and Gilad Hekselman.

I have several years of teaching experience, both with private clients and through music schools such as Music Shop Cavell (Uccle, Belgium). I have done numerous performances and recordings, including with my band Phrygia, which blends elements of World and Flamenco music with Jazz.

In my free time, I enjoy learning languages, trail running, and lifting weights.

I am comfortable providing my lessons in French if desired.
